1. Battlefords Youth Soccer Inc initiated refunds; full refunds will be issued for programs that are
cancelled by Battlefords Youth Soccer Inc prior to the season starting. In the event of the
cancellation of a portion of a season a refund of registration fees equal to the portion of the
remainder of the season less any administration fees, SSA fees and kit fees will be issued.
2. Competitive Only: Member-initiated refunds will be issued only if the request is as a result of
a on field injury (which must be supported by a doctor’s note) A refund of their registration fee
pro-rated for the balance of the season that they were not able to play, less a deduction of the
administration fee, SSA fee and kit cost. Refund request must be submitted on the official BYSI
Refund Request Form.
3. Recreational Only: Full refunds are available up to 10 business days prior to the season
start. Refunds will also be considered if the refund request is submitted on the official BYSI
Request form before the start of the third session, refund will be less administration fee and kit
fees. If a player is withdrawing because of a on field injury (which must be supported by a
doctor’s note) a refund of their registration fee pro-rated for the balance of the season that they
were not able to play will be issued, with a deduction of the administration fee, SSA fee and kit
cost. Refund request must be submitted on the official BYSI Refund Request Form.
4. Tryouts and Clinics: There will be no refunds of tryout or clinics fees
Refunds are subject to:
1) An administrative fee $ 40.00
2) Any non-refundable SSA registration fees applicable to the participant
3) Pro-rated game/training fees where applicable.
There will be no refund/transfer of a registration fee if a player is suspended or expelled from
BYSI/BUFC under the Battlefords Youth Soccer club’s discipline policy or Code of Conduct
